Who we are
Tasmanian Valuation Services or TASVALS, is a small Hobart based independent valuation practice.
The principal, Mr. Kevin Read MRICs, is a chartered surveyor and registered valuer with RICS. Kevin has practiced valuation and land economy over a long period both in Australia and overseas. He’s held senior positions with both the PNG and Hong Kong governments, as well as practicing as a senior commercial valuer in Sydney, New South Wales.
As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, TASVALS is held to the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.
