Who we are
Tasmanian Valuation Services or TASVALS, is a small Hobart based independent valuation practice.
The principal, Mr. Kevin Read MRICs, is a chartered surveyor and registered valuer with RICS. Kevin has practiced valuation and land economy over a long period both in Australia and overseas. He’s held senior positions with both the PNG and Hong Kong governments, as well as practicing as a senior commercial valuer in Sydney, New South Wales.
What we do
Working for Tasmanian’s statewide, professionals and locals, investors and developers, we offer independent property valuations and expert advice for a range of property related matters such as capital gains tax (CGT), compulsory acquisition, family law, feasibility studies, project management and more!
